„ I am a painter. I find freedom in losing control by following the physical properties of materials, working at off-sites and involving others in the creative process. I push certain material towards a vision. I observe the material in the presence with and of its own obstacles, follow and even provoke coincidences. My particular interest is to challenge the possibilities of colour and painting in public spaces as a link to a larger context of social function, changing places that we use only in a restricted way.“
